You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify lido88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You remain liable for all activity conducted under your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not. lido88 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status, typically ranging from IDR 100,000,000 to IDR 500,000,000 per transaction. Deposits made via local bank transfer during banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB) are processed within 5 minutes. Off-hours and e-wallet deposits are processed within 15 minutes.
lido88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
If your deposit does not appear in your account balance within the stated processing time, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate duplicate deposits before confirming the status of the original transaction.
To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and have a verified payment method on file. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name.
Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 per request. Daily withdrawal limit is IDR 100,000,000 per 24-hour period. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours due to additional security verification.
lido88 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at IDR 50,000. Your receiving bank may charge separate incoming transfer fees.
Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your bank or e-wallet, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Ensure all withdrawal details are correct before submitting your request.

By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry deadlines.
Most bonuses require wagering the bonus amount a specified number of times before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount.
